Important Information

• It's a good idea to logout manually by clicking End Session in the upper right.
• For added security, the system will automatically log you out when idle for 2 hours.
  • It's IMPORTANT to move the mouse on occasion during long meetings to reset the idle timer. 
• Once logged in to your work account open the web version of Teams or Outlook to start your meeting.
• Video conferencing platforms typically ask you to download and run software but this system will not allow it. Rest assured most platforms (Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.) will provide the option to join a meeting via web browser. 
• Always click allow, if prompted to allow access to your microphone and/or camera as needed. 
• To share a file or presentation you'll need to open it via web application, e.g., PowerPoint Online.
